Do you keep the same therapist whether I join from Cypress by video or drive to Cerritos?
Big telehealth platforms cannot promise the same clinician on video and in person, because they do not have a backup office. At Eye Cue, your clinician is yours in both settings. If your schedule changes and you cannot drive, you stay on video with the same person.
Clients in the Cypress area want a therapist they can actually switch to in person if they need to. They also want weekly sessions, not biweekly, not monthly. No. Eye Cue Mental Health is psychotherapy only. We do not prescribe medication and do not offer psychiatric evaluations as a stand-alone service. If a client needs a medication evaluation, we can provide a referral to a prescriber, but we do not bundle medication into our services.
We reassign you to another clinician in the practice. You do not lose your insurance verification and you do not restart the intake paperwork. Getting the right fit is something we manage, not something you handle alone.
